Przemek Kaminski, joins the company with a wealth of hospitality leadership experience, following his 13-year tenure as General Manager at Future Inns UK. Having worked his way up through various departments before becoming the youngest General Manager in South Wales at just 28, Kaminski is eager to shape the future of Crieff Hydro, as the company ushers in a new era with its multi-million-pound dining transformation.
Ryan Whitcut brings decades of chef experience from both international destinations and the UK and has played an integral role in shaping the new food and drink concepts and menus which will launch next month.
The investment will create a new day-to-night bar, refurbished dining areas, and innovative globally influenced culinary experiences featuring menus that draw on Scotland’s finest produce.
This transformation is the vision of Richard and Charlie Leckie, the sixth generation of the Leckie family at Crieff Hydro.

“My journey in hospitality has taken me through various roles in every department of a hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, food and beverage and operations. After completing a
General Manager training scheme, I was offered my first GM role at a 200-bedroom hotel, becoming the youngest GM in South Wales at just 28 years old.”
